Maybe larger districts. But they're going to be around to help local law enforcement deal with rogue/troublesome mutants. I figure they could be housed in airport hangars or other large, safe places. Local governments are probably trained to deal with the robots, activate them, deactivate them, learn what they're programed to do/how to stay safe around them, etc. They probably have badges with some sort of chips that sentinels recognize as officials. Hmmhmm, Shaw would be able to access records and uprisings and issues all across the country that way. Er, he'd be able to tag people and find mutants that could help his business / the HFC, etc. He'd be able to keep things from getting out of control, as well. He could use them to threaten mutants and mutant organizations under the table (ie; X-Men, Brotherhood, X-Factor, etc). |
